Default Same IP addresses

I googled easysaver.com and found a site that listed their IP addresses. I then requested a list of Proflower.com IP addresses, and guess what? Yup, several IP addresses in common for these two businesses.

We just filed fraud charges with a credit card company about Easy Savers for $14.95 on it several times.
What caught our eye was the "late charges and Easy Saver." The card has been retired to the safe. It now is retired through the shredder and soon as this is resolved it's retired period.
The card has been in the safe for several months so we have not paid any attention to the bills. Also it was never, never used for online purchases. We use AMX online due the difficulties we've had with all other cards. With AMX fraud is solved with one phone call.

The fraud on ours is associated with Blair.
The registered card with Blair isn't the card the fraud is on either.
It gets deeper and deeper.
They have been notified.

Default This is fraud and identity theft

Easy Savers is the scammer but Pro Flowers is the perpetuating this fraud. Easy Savers charges your credit card $14.95 every month after the 30 day trial period. They claimed that they sent my wife a reminder email of the charge yet her email has no such message.

Even more devious is that Easy Savers continues to post charges to your credit card even after the card expiration date has passed.

I will NEVER do business with Pro Flowers again. In addition, I wrote to some of the radio hosts that are sponsored by Pro Flowers in the hopes that they can exert some influence on Pro Flowers to put an end to this deceptive practice.

I have also been taken by the Easy Saver scam, I probably would not have noticed except I quit using my card and all of a sudden I recieved an e-mail about activity on my card.
It was a charge from easy saver for $14.95, I was confused about who this was and contacted my credit card company to stop payment. It was too late to stop payment so I contested the charge and my credit card company refunded my money and I am going to have to change my card number.
I got into this when I sent my mother flowers on mothers day 2008 through Pro Flowers. Easy Saver charged my card shortly after and when I contacted them they cancelled my membership (which I did not even know I had). I forgot about them until they did this again, I am thinking about calling the U.S. Attorney and filing a complaint.

Default Does anyone know how to read anymore?

The characterization of your experience could not be further from the truth. I have investigated your claims and actually ordered flowers from ProFlowers. It is impossible to get "accidentally" signed up for Easy Saver Rewards. In order for you to get signed up, you have to (voluntarily) click on the link, enter your email address and zip code. The terms and conditions are extremely clear and easy to understand...that is, if you can read. It's a pity that you blame your lack of ability (or desire) to read on someone else. Anyone with half a brain knows that there is no such thing as a free lunch. How long have you been on the Internet? Do you make it a habit of just blindly clicking on every link that comes up? Take responsibility for your own choices!

Default For Bob 421 Can anyone read anymore

I have used Proflowers several times and today after a purchase, there on Proflowers website was a $15 discount for my next purchase. Good deal, they like my business, so I clicked the coupon. I was then notified that I was now a member of Easy Saver Rewards. Since I did not want to be a member, I googled them, got a phone number, called and they had me confirm their data. They had all my personal information and I had not given them this data. Since they were gonna bill me monthly, they must also have had my credit card information. The only way that they could have gotten this info would have been from Proflowers. Proflowers is not authorized to give out my personal information, especially credit card info. So the two must be in bed together. Needless to say, I have terminated dealings with both and even cancelled my the order for flowers. Furthermore Bob, are you sure that you are not affiliated with these two companies? Reason I ask, is I have read many, many of the same complaints that I experienced today, and so far you are the only one making a positive comment regarding these two companies

Default Another ProFlower Ad victim

In Feb I responded to this same offer, even used the promo code of "RUSH" (Rush Limbaugh), but not only did not get a two for one at a lower price, I was charged the full price of $75 twice. Plus, I now find Encore Marketing is attempting to bill me $14.95/m based upon what must have been some deceptive gimick in the on-line order form process. I have to admit that the flowers themselves did do the trick of making two people a little happier to receive them on Valentine's Day, but the entire experience to me has been like I was visited by a pick-pocket and isn't over yet.

Default Credit card charges.

Members, if ANY one is having money taken from their card account without your full permission then CANCEL the account immediately.

You do NOT want the money to continue to be paid out while you sort things out . Report the fraud at once but cancel your card, you can get another one easily.

The internet is NOT safe and it is NEVER a good idea to send details of your bank account or credit card details to ANYONE who you do not know.
If the details never appear on the internet then it is harder for fraud to take place.

I too have been scammed by the phantom Easy Saver. They have been sucking 14.95 out of my account for over a year now. I never authorized this, I have no idea what they claim to offer and I am so upset. I admit, it was stupid of me not to recognize this sooner and to add to the misery, I'm hearing impaired and cannot communicate via telephone. I filed an online complaint with the BBB and I have contacted my bank over 20 times. This is so frustrating. How can they keep getting away with this????
