Default easy saver rip-off

I also was ripped off by Easy Saver/Proflowers.com.
I've complained to proflowers and to my credit card company and will be calling easy saver tomorrow during business hours to attempt to get a cancellation and refund. If needed, I will cancel my credit card. Proflowers.com has lost my business forever - too bad, the flowers they delivered several times for me were beautiful.

I just wanted to give you all an update on how things went with getting my money back:
* I called Easy Saver & told them of what happened & the lady was super nice! (which I thought was really strange! I really wasn't expecting that at all, because I had read so may blogs & reports of them being these Mean NASTY People) That wasn't the case at all!
* I also filled a report with my bank the same day I found they were taking money from my account. The very next day my bank (Harris Bank) Sent me over the paper to sign (they wanted it signed & notorized). When I went to take the paper in, that same day the money was already in my account.
* So superisingly, the canceled my membership & Refunded ALL MY MONEY$ within two days! :~D~
I'm so sorry for everyone else that wasn't so lucky.
* It all shows us that we have to really watch who we decide to do business with & find out who those people are doing business with as well!

*~~*GOD BLESS YOU ALL & THANKS FOR ALL YOUR HELP & SUPPORT!*~~*

Default attorney general of california

I too was scammed by ProFlowers and Easy Saver. I am compiling a list of other Californians who have been charged without authorization by these companies in order to file a class action lawsuit against them and shut them down. Please look on L.A. Craig's List under Legal - Easy Saver to send your information. I'll keep you posted.
Thanks

Thumbs down easy saver scam

i too have been scammed by proflower and easy saver i think we all should file a complaint with BBB (Better Business Bureaus) the info i got off my bank statement is the same as BBB has , ever 800-335-1837 pro flower ,we need to get them stopped now i am not sure how long i have been charged for this but i got flowers for mother's day last month was the first time i seen it for sure . it made me over draft so i didn't just loss $14.95 but $39.95 with a over draft fee of $25.00 the bank hit me for. i have got the BBB link here for us to fill out complaints and get them shut down and save other people from losing there hard earned money . this is the link
