I don' think ProFlowers actually shared my CC info with a 3rd party, since I remember specifically going to the Freeshipping.com from the Proflowers site to save on shipping, since I was sending flowers both to my sister and my mom. (I ordered on April 30th and May1.) The issue is that I canceled within the 30 days stipulated within the "fine print," (May 15th) and even received a confirmation email stating the following:

I just noticed a 14.95 charge on my account for Easy Saver (I know, welcome to the club). I contacted my bank immediately since I was unaware of what this charge was associated with. After reading this great forum, I found out that this was for Proflowers. I called them (1-800-580-2913) and they contacted Easy Saver and got them to refund the 14.95 plus 1.95 charge. I do a lot of shopping online and found another bogus charge for Shopper Discounts which is associated through Buy.com. After calling them (1-800-889-8776) and speaking to one of the representatives (first one hung up on me), I was able to get them to cancel my account and refund the 12 charge from them. I am hoping this is all going to work out. Makes me think twice before I buy stuff online.

I have seen many posts about the Easy Saver scam by people using Proflowers. but I have been scammed by the same company and did not order flowers! Somehow, they got my checking account info and debited my account this month and also American Leisure. I have no idea how they obtained that info! I informed my bank immediately and also contacted the Ky Attorney General. I would love to notify BBB but I do not know where this company is located so now I must close my account. How can they remain in business?

Hopefully this will help all
I have been billed by Easy Saver Rewards (EASY SAVER 800-355-1837 PA) for $14.95 per month since making a purchase on Proflowers.com. Easy Saver is apparently associated with ProFlowers and I inadvertently signed up for their 'services' while placing my order. They claim that I requested to be a member when I replied to an email after placing an order. I do not recall replying to any email or asking for the service. Obviously, their business practices are disingenuous at best, since I, and many others, have been fooled by this blatantly unethical business practice. I informed ProFlowers of this problem and they gave me this number: 800-444-9491, which is different from the one on the bill and on their website. I talked to a service rep. named 'Linda' and she was willing to give me only a fraction of my money back after a long-winded sales pitch about how great their service is. She became rather forceful and obnoxious when I demanded all the money back, claiming that Easy Saver had legally billed me since I signed up for the service. I asked for a manager and talked to 'Jennifer' and she eventually promised to pay back the charges. |

I too had two charges for 14.95 on my credit card yesterday from "Easy Savers". I called Pro-Flowers after reading the posts on this site, and they were wonderful!! I spoke with a young lady named Michelle who took my information and called Easy Savers for me. She got both charges removed and was such a great help! I told her that for the sake of the company's reputation, Pro-Flowers should be sure that customers are CLEARLY choosing to allow Easy Savers to charge their CC! I told her that at that point, there were 9 pages of complaints and that there'd been THOUSANDS of "views" on this site.....
What a shame too, we've used Pro-Flowers for years and sad to see them allow this kind of anger from previous and potential customers. Thanks so much for the information you all had posted. It made it so much easier for me to get it fixed! |

Pro Flowerws is well aware of this rip off. My credit card was charged $14.95 without my permission. I only ordered flowers once from Pro Flowers (my last time). I didn't sign up for anything except flowers. I called Proflowers customer service 1-800-580-2913. They told me to call 1-800-355-1837 Monday - Friday to cancel. I also requested a mangaer call me on Moday.
I feel that Proflowers is at fault. Easysaver must have gotten my credit card number from them. I suggest everyone call Proflowers and voice your complaint. Just think of all the money this company is taking in from those who don't pay attention to their credit card bill. |

Then I proceeded to call ProFlowers and explain to them why I will never order from them again, as long as they are in bed with a scam outfit. I explained they were doing a real disservice to themselves by allowing this to happen. Will it help stop it? I don't know. But I have ordered several times from them before. This was just the first time I had clicked on the "free delivery next time" button. |

Oh well, I guess I'll just have to stop my CC and get a new one. What a hassle for thinking proflowers wanted my business and was offering me a discount on my next order. I know they advertise on the Rush Limbaugh show and I also belive I have heard Glenn Beck advertise for them. I am letting both shows know they are also in partnership with a scam outfit. Suggest everyone do the same. |

I was recently charged on my credit card for this easy savers membership I never received. I ordered something from Cerry Moon Farms and was to get coupons for 15.00 off my next purchase. Of course I never received them. I was not informed of any fees for the membership and read the terms and conditions. When going to the easy saver site, there is a form to cancel membership but of course when you fill it out, you get an error and cannot continue or it says you have no membership on file. I sent an e-mail to the customer service department and will try calling them after 9 am. I just want it stopped! Just because you order something online should not be an authorization for anyone to take more money from you.
