Jurgen Krugger until his death was a member of the Helicopter Society and the Institute of Electronic & Electrical Engineers and a German property magnate. He was a very dedicated christian who loved to give out alms to the poor,hungry and needy. His great philanthropy earned him numerous awards during his life time. Late Jurgen Krugger died on the 13th day of December, 2004 at the age of 80 years, and his WILL is now ready for execution after 3 years and thorough investigations. According to him, this money is to support your humanitarian/medical activities and to help the poor and the needy in our society. The only Krugger I know is Freddy (different spelling on his last name) and I am pretty sure he isn't leaving me anything in his will. I have had many scams come my way. On Craigs List. Emails. In my own personal mailbox. I have had friends that had received fake checks that were supposed to be put into your account and cashed and then you were to send a money order of a smaller amount to a P.O. Box. I had a friend who actually cashed the check, never sent the money order, spent the $2,500, and the check was bad so she was overdrawn and had to pay it back. A few months earlier, before she received her check, I received a similar check and gave the info to my bank. I am not sure that anything was done about it. That is what is so frustrating. They are in other countries using throw away cell phones and P.O. boxes so it is almost impossible for them to be caught. Something NEEDS to be done about this!
 There are too many victims of internet fraud. And I think that we should have a system in place to follow up on and protect us from these parasites!!

Welcome to 419Legal You are quite right about internet fraudsters. It is very sad we have many victims of the fraudulence. We are here to help people not to be scammed. About the check fraud, in many countries around the world, it IS offence not only knowingly to pass counterfeit checks but to possess forged instruments as well.
