hello. Looks like you have done something that paypal dont like?. Well by looking at your other threads, it seems to me that you use dhgate? If so, then this is why this has happened. it has happened to me before. I could not send or recieve payments and i had over 1000pounds jammed into a paypal account. However, just attatched an example of my bank statement and within 24 hours it was back to full access. Try this and reply stating what happens?

Seems that you didn't understood the type of this post.
Is a sample of scam mail as mentioned also in "phishing alerts"

Urgent paypal account restore

Is better read more before make posts like the above.
