Dear Sir/madam,
I am very sorry to interrupt your peace since you are not expecting to receive any mail from me. However, I was obliged to do so due to the need and urgency of the message. I crave your indulgence and want to reassure you that I mean well to you and that it is only for our mutual benefit. So please do not be embarrassed.

I sincerely write to seek your co-operation and trusts to enable me carry out an urgent business opportunity in my department. I am Dr Ken Williams Udoma, an account manager to Mr. E Wayne. Who died along with his family in the Asia Earth Quake Disaster (TSUNAMI DISASTER)
All of his Family lost there lives in the Disaster. Since then I have made several inquiries to his Country embassy to locate any of my client's extended Relatives, th is has proved unsuccessful. After these several unsuccessful attempts, I decided to conact the Nigeria Chamber of Commerce were I got you conact.

My client was a successful and accomplished family man, who works with Shell Company here in Africa, He was sent to Asia (Sri Lanka) for a Special Assignment for his Company (Shell) were he died. He left in his domiciliary account a 40% of individual private deposit with our Bank, which I have with me the Investment Deposit Certificate an important document worth twenty four Million United States Dollars (USD$24 Million). Until date I still manage this Deposit and will like to know you personally and then I will give every consent to the Bank here as knowing you and state in Court here declaring you as the next of kin to my late client.

I am contacting you to assist in repatriating the money left behind by my late client. The Bank will pay this money to you as an inheritance. After the sudden death of my client, and f or the reason that there as has not been a next of kin to my late client, the bank has decided to forfeit the money and declare it as an abandoned property as there is no next of kin who should inherit his funds.

The board of directors of his bank adopted a resolution and I was mandated to provide his next of kin for the payment of this money within 28 working days or forfeit the money to the bank as an abandoned property. The bankers had planned to invoke the abandoned property decree of 1996 to confiscate the funds after the expiration of the period given to me.I have reasoned very professionally and I feel it will be legally proper to present you as the next of kin of my deceased client, so that you can be paid the funds left in his bank account. I therefore seek your consent to present you as the Next of Kin to my Deceased client so that the proceeds of this Bank Account valued at twenty four Million United Stats Dollars (US$24 M) can be paid to you. `The need for a foreigner as next of kin in this project is occasioned by the fact that the customer was a foreigner and a Nigerian will not perfectly fit in as his next of kin or heir. I have agreed that a reasonable percentage of the Fund would be giving to you as foreign partner, thereafter I will meet you in your country for disbursement.

Please understand that my approach to you is based only on my positive reasoning and on the belief that you will not disappoint or betray me at last. The amount is fairly huge and we have agreed that on completion of the deal, you will be highly compensated for your assistance. An attorney will be contracted to help us revalidated and notarize all the necessary legal documents that can be used to back up any claim you may make as soon as I hear from you with your full consent to present you to the Bank as the next of kin to my late client and after both of us reach an agreement.

All I require is your honest cooperation to enable us see ing this deal through. I guarantee that this will be executed under a legitimate arrangement that will protect you from any breach of the law. Please consider my official positions, reputation and integrity, especially, the opportunities in the business itself, it is very necessary that all due care be taken so that we do not miss the opportunity due to carelessness.

You are therefore expected and advised to display high degree of maturity, responsibility and understanding in handling this information. I will give you all the details in my next mail when you have indicated your interest and commitment to work with me. Always remember that this is the highest confidence and trust any person can repose on the other, especially when it is considered that we did not know ourselves before. I hope you will honor me too.
I will come over to join you in your Country for disbursement when the funds hit your account. More so for an effective and easy communication I will ad vice that you furnish me with your telephone and fax number.

CONTACT ME ON MY PRIVATE EMAIL ADDRESS: kenwilliamsu@live.com

I await your response.

Thanks
Best Regards,
Dr Ken Williams Udoma.

Dear ____,

Thank you so much for your quick response, it is not complicated, you will stand as the alternative next of kin. Then we will process the claims in your name, we will nominate an attorney at this end to legalize the claims to help the bank release the money in your names as the beneficiary. The attorney knows what to do to legalize the claims. It is his work to put everything in order; we will only pay him for the services rendered. So all it takes is for we all (me and you) to work together as a team

What you require to do now is to give your full names and address, including phone number. To enable us documents the claims properly.

Once I have your telephone number I will call you for a better discussion.

I await your quick response,

Best regards,

Mr. Ken Williams

Dear _____,

I receive your mail and the information, thank you. Now I understood your situation very clearly. We can now move forward without wasting time any longer.

Early this morning I have identified an attorney who is capable of handling this transaction successfully. But I did not go into details of the transaction with them for now.

It is the beneficiary that is required to engage their services directly, which is you,

What you will do as a matter of urgent is to forward a letter of engagement to their office (ivory chambers) instructing them on what we need from them as contained in the attached letter. ATTACHED IS THE SAMPLE OF THE LETTER OF ENGAGEMENT, PLEASE DOWNLOAD THE ATTACHMENT AND FORWARD IT DIRECTLY TO THEIR OFFICE THROUGH YOUR EMAIL BOX. THE ATTORNEYS EMAIL ADDRESS IS: ivorychambers@consultant.com DO THAT IMMEDIATELY.

Once the letter of engagement is sent to them, I will approach them officially to hand over the hard copies of the funds deposit documents to enable them start the documentation of funds remittance processes in your name.

I await your quick action; confirm to me that you have sent it to them so that I can go to their attorney’s office without delay.

Best regards,

Mr. Ken Williams.

Dear _____,

I receive your mails with thanks; I have gone to the office of the attorney (ivory chambers). I have handed over the hard copies of the deposit documents to them and they have started working on it as of today morning.

They requested for legal service charges of $7,500, we have debated much on it and it has become inevitable that the amount must be paid for them to do their job successfully.

In order to avoid difficulties I have given them go ahead to procure the affidavit of claims in your name for onward submission by tomorrow, throughout today I have been making contacts to raise some money for the job. I have been able to raise $3,000 required for oath fee. By tomorrow morning I shall purchase bank draft for the oath fee and sent to the attorney to enable them settle the court tomorrow for the affidavit.

Now you have to make arrangement for their own service charge, I have promise them that you will send the money to them tomorrow unfailingly. So make arrangement for the remaining $4,500 tomorrow so that they can continue their work.

Please get your bank account ready for the transfer of the funds.

All hands must be on desk, delay is dangerous, act immediately.

Confirm the situation at your end immediately.

Best regards,

Mr. Ken Williams.

Now isn't that Ken a GREAT guy!!!! Shelling out $3000 of his own money!

Dear _____,

I received your mail, your suggestion is very reasonable; I have gone round before now to find out if there is any office that can handle the assignment with cheaper amount as you suggested but I discovered that the most competent of all is ivory chambers. The principal lawyer in the chambers (MIKE UWAIS) is about 78years old with over 40years of experience in the legal practice they are very rich too and do not exploit the public.

Base on the nature of this transaction, Ivory chambers have a lot of jobs to do in other to establish you as the next of kin we better understand that their roll in this transaction is very crucial. Other lawyers went as far as asking for percentage of the total amount but ivory chambers over look everything and requested for their own service charge only. I believe that they are considerate.

Without more delay I have been able to purchase the bank draft of $3,000 for oath fee and I have given it to them to pay to the court for the collection of the affidavit of claim in your name. It is expected that the lawyers will come back with the document at the end of today’s closing hour.

I shall confirm to you immediately I receive the good news.

What you will do now is get the $4,500 dollars service charges ready. Once they come back with the document, they will receive their service charge to enable them move the claims documents to the bank for onward transfer of the funds to you. Do not fail to do this so that it will not draw the transaction to a halt.

I will send you the documents shortly for your file,

Thanks and best regards,

Mr. Ken Williams.

Dear Client,

It is our pleasure to inform you that your affidavit of claims has been obtained from the federal high court today. The failure of our scanning machine to copy the document prevented us from attaching it to this message; note that the copy will be transmitted to you via email not later than 10.00am tomorrow immediately our technicians rectify the fault.

Pay up the $4,500 balance of the service charge to enhance execution of your assignment within the anticipated time.

Pay by western union money transfer to our account department as bellow:

Name: - Peter Eze

Address: - Lagos Nigeria

Question: - Ivory

Answer: - Chambers

NOTE: break the sum into three equal parts of $1,500 each and forward the payment information to us.

Please comply,

For: IVORY CHAMBERS

Barr. Mike Uwaise.
