Re: your payment file & final notice.


For a while now, we have tried to contact you with no response coming from your end and this will be the final notice that will be sent out to you regarding your funds which from the records of outstanding Contractors, Next of kin and Lottery funds already due for immediate payment now through the International Operation Depts. Central Bank of Nigeria. Totality of such funds has been worked on in conjunction with the international banking institution for onward payments.



In view of this development, we wish to gladly inform you again that funds have been appropriated and available to us. Your payment is been processed now and will be released to you as soon as you kindly respond to this memo with the required information. Any email or correspondence coming from the Central Bank or from anyone without your above New reference authorization codes clearly stated on the heading of the email or fax should please in your own interest be disregarded and such forwarded to my office/dept for an immediate investigation.



The Ministry of Finance instructed that all payment files be sent immediately to either New York or California and appointed Dr Don Miginis as your account officer to avoid complains of bureaucratic bottlenecks and most importantly to help save cost. Hence the management is now using the New York and California payment centers to pay beneficiary from Asia and America.



I must honestly inform you now that in the United States a clearance fee would requested by the District Attorney's office to validate the claims of your funds and we strongly advice you to desist from communicating with anyone again regarding your new payment procedures in order to protect your full details until you have been fully paid. Your co-operation will be needed to assist us do our job better from here and be assured that your details will be tagged highly confidential with us has you are about to receive your funds now.
