I ordered flowers in the end of April with Proflowers. At check out a ad came up to save 15% on my next purchase if i sign up for easy saver. I declined. Yet somehow i have been charged $14.95 a month since. I called my bank and they said i can fill out a denial form to stop the future charges but have to call easy saver to get my money back. I called easy saver and they promised this months and will try to get last months payments back! I guess I'll have to wait and see. Te easy saver associate told me that i had signed up.I informed her I did not but she insisted I must have been confused about it and had . She had my name, address, home and cell number, and checking account info and I never gave any of this info to easy saver. I also emailed proflowers informing them of the situation and that I will never do business with them agian. I received an email from proflowers assuring me that I authorized the membership by accepting the coupon and giving my zip code. Neither of which I did. I also contacted my state attorney general's office. Thanks to your thread the BBB as well.
