"UK Trade & Investment Company" is not a company and it seems some kind of governmental body to enhance exporting from the UK/outward investment. It is obvious there is no vacancy for the position in such case.

Normally upfront payment request receives a “red flag” and once you send any money to the scammers,
they will repeatedly ask you to send money with various reasons until you can’t afford to pay for them.
Also any phone numbers started +4470***** is a mobile phone and it can be answered in any place around the world.

It is wise to ignore further contact from them.
