I am highly disappointed with ProFlowers for being affiliated with Easy Saver. I thought Pro Flowers to be a reputable company, although Shopping.com only gives them a 3 star rating and there are numerous fraudulent compalints against them. Only...I did not realize this until now. My husband pays all of the bills and never researches my charges....so this went on for a few months, I was charged $14.95 by Easy Saver for some unknown rewards program. I will be the first to pay for something if indeed i use it, but...I had no idea who/what this comapny was. I had never heard of them and I am outraged they have my credit card info. I researched their name online and thats when I found Ripoffreport.Org and 419Legal ...and countless complaints from other innocent consumers such as myself. This is nearly illegal...and my husband who is a talk radio host thinks it would be a great topic for his show. Luckily, AMEX Business takes care of their costumers and took all of the charges off and will not allow Easy Saver to put any future charges on our cards. i informed ProFlowers of my disappointment with their business practice and ethics....we will NEVER do business with them again. Guilt by association!
