I recently noticed a charge for $14.95 on my visa credit card which when I checked went back to February. The 800-355-1837 nos is only available Monday-Friday 9-5:30 EST, so I have to try back on Monday. My credit card company said they have gotten a lot of complaints about this service. Upon research it appears that this is linked to a purchase of flowers I made with ProFlowers for Valentines Day this past year. I am not sure how I ended up getting a recurring charge as I don't intentionally ever sign up for recurring deals or bargains or discounts. I'm not the least bit happy and will work to get this off of my credit card immediately. Has a complaint about this company been filed with the Attorney General's office?
