You area right to think it's a scam - it is! Been caught once before by money processing on Western Union which gladly was stopped by my credit card company and fully re-imbursed. Have been looking at a car in Spain which seemed too good to be true and guess what? Yes, exactly the same wording and criteria as your example.
It's usually some African comapny that scams the mony and disappears and if they get away with it, the use the money to buy arms, etc. to kill each other.
Steer clear.
