it's a fake check - don't cash it, it's illegal to knowingly cash a fake check in the US, the bank (if it clears the check) will reclaim the money from you at some time, maybe months, in the future and you could be investigated for fraud. If you didn't enter, you didn't win. All email lotteries are fake.
