I was wondering why all members in this tread only post their email received in the attachments
and never copy and paste them directly to a large message box which is much easier than making attachments.
Your comment on this will be highly appreciated.
Or any other members who find difficulities to post please inform us with reason.

1,Commencement:
Your employment with the Company shall commence on .............26th of November,2008........................
2,Renumeration;
Your remuneration will be ___(Amount deleted)british pounds(US$"amount deleted")_____ gross per annum. Payment will be made on or before the 28th of each month to your preferred bank account.
3,Accommodation/Transport; You will take care of your accommodation and transportation bills, including cost of living expenses from your gross salary. Note that your initial one month hotel accommodation/transport/feeding cost will be taken care by the Company upon arrival.
4,Appointment allowance: An advance amount will be paid to you to take care of transport/cost of living/work permit procedure etc for one month ONLY on confirmation of your appointment, after which your regular gross salary will commence accordingly. A company assistant will be assigned to you to assist you with settling down early.
5,Certification of CV/credentials; Due to past experiences of the submission of "fake" CV(Curriculum Vitae/Resume) and qualifications, management has therefore assigned a reputable notary public; Diplomats Law Firm to certify all submitted documents to be TRUE and VALID, after carrying out rigorous verification procedures. Appointments can ONLY be confirmed after certification of the submitted CV.
6,Your job description/duties are; You will be involved in assisting the project engineer in both surface construction and underground oil structural construction. Pumping plants, winding equipment, ventilation fans, conveyer belts, drilling machines and trackless petroleum equipment are the major devices which involves the input of mechanical engineers. You will also play a role in all industrial and manufacturing processes and in the quipment used, including machine tools and robotic devices .You will usually work in offices where computers play a major role in planning, designing, modeling and testing of systems. The work also requires on-site inspections, co-ordination and follow-up to ensure any new system complies with the requirements given.
7,Staff Insurance; The company has taken general premium insurance on it's employees and infrastructures of the company with Crownwell Insurance Plc. Moreover, it is mandatory for all staff members to undergo a personal insurance scheme on arrival to cover health, accidents, etc. especially for eventualities outside company's duties.
8,Hours of work:
Your normal hours of work will be from first call 8.00am to 4.00pm daily, Monday to Friday. You will be expected to work appropriate hours in order to carry out your responsibilities. It is the policy of the Company, that as far as possible, extensive working hours above the norm will not occur
.Every overtime will be duly remunerated.
9,Place of Work:
Luton, Bedfordshire, UK
10,Training;
a, Duty training; Irrespective of your qualification/experience, you will be given a minimum of 2weeks in-training(free) to be acquainted with the duties of your job.
b, English training; All non-english speaking confirmed employees will be given mandatory english classes(free) for a minimum of two weeks by our english experts to give them basic communication skills neccessary for their job description.
11,Vacation
a, Vacation period
The company's holiday period runs from 01/07/ of every year. Your paid holidays will be 21 working days per year and proportionately less for less than twelve months service.
b, Public Holidays:
Your entitlement to leave for public holidays shall be in accordance with the terms of the Holiday (Employees) Act 1991,amended in 2005 of Chef Industrial Conglomerate.
12, Probation/Duration:
Your employment will be probationary for the first 3 months, after which ,it will be permanent and RENEWABLE after every 3years. If this agreement is terminated within the probationary period it shall be at the discretion of the Company and in this case 2 week notice will be given before termination. Note that full gross payment will be given during probationary/regular work period.
13,Undertakings & Restrictions;
a, During the period of this contract, you will devote your time and attention to the business of the Company and you undertake that during the period of this contract you will not engage in any other activity which is likely to prejudice your ability to serve the company, nor will you engage in any business activity which may cause a conflict of interest with the business of the company.
b, Any discovery, invention or process made or discovered by you whilst in the employment of the Company and relating to the business of the Company will be the property of the Company and must be disclosed to the Company and you undertake to join with the Company at any time in applying for letters, patent or other appropriate licence for such discovery, invention or process. Cognisance will be taken of the part played by you and appropriate remuneration will be given for creative thinking at work.
14,Job Guarantee; We(now addressed as the company) guarantee the following;
a, that you will be paid your monthly salary accordingly as stated above
b, that you will be given adequate warnings/querries (not less than thrice) before termination of appointments
c, that full benefits according to our regulations will be paid to you upon retirement/resignation.
d, that our comprehensive insurance scheme covers both the employer and the employees in cases of eventualities ONLY during official assignments.
e, that your personal information/CV will be kept most confidential, during and after your stay with this company.
f, that all other peculiar cases of employee can be discussed and inculcated in the personal job guarantee document.
15,Change of Terms;
Changes in the terms of this contract or in other terms, conditions & rules of employment will be notified to you not later than one month before the date of proposed change, and will have effect with your acceptance or acquiescence.
16.INTERVIEW(S);we do NOT consult interview(s) as all employees are given a minimum of three months probationary work period(with full salary) in addition to the in-training classes to show their practical worth as interviews have misled us in the past.
