You will NEVER win a lottery that you didn't enter.

There is no evidence in the first post that it originates from Russia.
Indeed that is highly unlikely to be the case.
Most lottery scams originate from Europe and a large percentage of them are organised and run by West African scammers.

Consign it to the bin.
