What I would like to do is prank them or something. That's funny that they quoted the chinese proverb. Like that's gonna make you want to participate and give them your info  . If I were you, I would actually respond with something like: "I'm not a fool.." or something else and maybe if everyone does it, they will get the hint. It probably will not stop them but who knows. At least they know people are on to them and they are not completely safe.What I usually do is just copy and paste it and put it on this site so if anyone who gets the same letter and does a search on the company, bank name or any other content, this site will come up and they will know it is fraud. I'm very glad that you know that it's fraud and you are just one more person who will not get hurt .
