Having the believe that you must have gone through the informations sent to you by the registrar/ programmer overseer, We are implementing on the instructions set by the head office in the US. To obtain an application reference file number here in the African-Asian-American Administration, You will need to form a group of 4-6 persons and forward us the names and passport numbers of the applicants in your group for this programme . As you may have read from the information concerning the date of the Employment recruitment, the time now is runing very short. We will need to open your group application file here in the African-Asian-American office before it will be approved by the head office.The required numbers of persons for a group is 4 to 6 persons and the group can be of both sexes.

When forwarding your names and others, you should indicate to us your country of interest for the employment and resettlement programmes. You also include the name and e-mail address of a AAWPEP staff that recommended this programme to you.With the forwarded names and passport numbers, we will open application file and forward your file details to the head office for approval. As soon as it is approved by the head office, other files will be opened for your group at the head office in the US and at our office in your chosen country for the programme. Your group will also have a file at the office of the North American organization migration( NOM) for the advance booking for your flight reservations .Also files will be opened for your group with the ministry of Justice and Bureau of Immigrant Affairs for onward processing of your group travelling documents. Applicants without travelling passports should send their names , date of birth, and scanned passport photograph of each participants requiring the emergency certificate to us by e-mail attachment along with names and passport numbers of other members of the group who already have their passports. To open the file, we will need the requested datas of your group as soon as possible to avoid delay.I will give you more directive as soon as your names and passport numbers reach us for the opening of your application files.Remember to include the name and e-mail address of AAWPEP staff that recommended you for this programme for more clarification about you from him or her.
