Bryan Swan is a ficticious name the real name of this individual is Cesar Corriea

He is my former Partner and ex president of Infolink Technologies

These are the FACTS

1. I was the co founder and Chairman of the Board ( see the corporate Filings)

2. I resigned from Infolink technologies in 2003 ( see corporate press release)

in the spring of 2003 I had negotiated a deal with the TSX to purchase Infolink the transaction fell through at the due dilligance stage after it was discovered The president and my trusted partner was an ex Felon that had lied on his Pip form to the Exchange . The TSX demanded his resignation he refused, I subsequently resigned .
( not wanting to be associated with a FELON)

The company paid me over 1 Miilion dollars as severance in damages.

Mr. Corriea was sued and removed forcefully from his position as president by a Group of shareholders ( see the corporate filings on SEDAR.COM)


3. ULT has 2 offices and has opened a third. Shareholders are welcome to copies of such by requesting them from our office .

10. Ult is registered in the stae of Florida and has filed all the appropriate documentation
