Perry Belcher: Mr. Cure All arrested and charged with con

43-year-old Perry M. Belcher was arrested last week under charges of perpetrating medical scams. He has been accused of committing computer fraud, carrying out fraudulent business practices and impersonating a licensed medical professional. He sold medicines online under the brand name Selmedica.
