Phising Scam Grips MobileMe Users
With every technological evolution ,modern scammers change their tactics ,as this time MobileMe consumers are in grip of Phishing scam. Sources confirmed Consumer using MobileMe have been targeted by new form of email which appears to be send from Apple.
According to Macworld reports,the email warns that “Your attempt to renew the Mobile ME Subscription failed because of problem with charging credit card and asks the user to log in and update information on a site that looks genuine,but on flip side it is not so.
Macworld confirms similar phishing scams targeting MobileMe user few months back.
As a caution for mobile users and on line users , avoid clicking to any email attachments sponsoring any URL specifically and avoid providing any financial details or numbers to any email in order to exercise a safe transaction .
