Advance fee loan Scam artists can season again ,warns state officials .

Scam Artists change their crime hats with changing season. No matter whatever might be season, whether tax filling, investment or loan insurance they are always above the top executing their tasks .

But there is something to worried for Mississippi’s attorney general , advance fee loan scam artists are resurfacing gain with some new scamming plans . Taking this into account ,officials are issuing warning about fake calls, advertisements and Web sites promising loans for an advance fee.

Scam artists seems too good for the victims who are seeking loan on immediate basis, sometimes they target the consumers with poor credit record in terms of loan , and even ensures them loan though they are not in work.

How scam artists execute their schemes , which is as follows , here the scam artists pretend to be lender ,making false promises to arrange loan in return for direct fees which according to scam artists is the fees for processing loan insurance or loan processing costs.

The lender( fraudsters) may may require the advance fees to be wired using a money transfer service such as Money Gram or Western Union.

Scam artists are smart to play the misleading tricks by convincing consumers loan request has been rejected and request them to forward more money for another loan application.

But infact no loan funds are ever serviced to consumer and scam artists vanishes with all fees.

How to spot a loan offer which is not legitimate ?

-The lender or loan processor is always located outside of united states

-The loan processor asks to pay direct fees to third party ,even before the loan is approved.

-Fees is always asked to pay through wire transfer systems.Lender may ask for credit card details .

Consumers who suspect they have been a victim of this scam should contact the Consumer Protection

Division of the Attorney General’s Office at 1-800-281-4418 or the Department of Banking and Consumer Finance at 1-800-844-2499.

    Thanks for the great article.. I was scammed out of my money and then the company used my stolen website script.. Topitfirm.com does it all the time.. Don’t fleece your clients because now it will haunt you..

    Eventually, they will be caught and thrown in jail for this ripoff..
