Scam Warning ! Craigslist Rental Scam Can Swindle Millions

Be an aware citizen before purchasing any home or dealing with any home rental scheme ,specifically when it comes to Craigslist as Craigslist Rental Scam artists can con you anytime , with their fraud and scam tactics.
Their main aim is to take an unsuspecting renter’s money.
What Craigslist Rental Scam artists do :
-Someone who is not the owner puts homes that are really for sale, on Craigslist saying they are for rent.
-Sellers and Realtor will use auctions sites for listing or posting rent or advertisement.
-Sellers and Realtor will never operate face to face & will operate from outside .
-Will Stimulate, email asking for personal details or financial details such as credit card or social security etc.
-Scam artists hack the details of home from the internet and copies it over to Craigslist which looks more legitimate and swindles many.
-Fraudsters always tries to manipulate property listings over website . For more details Visit www.Craigslist .org
Besides people should never fall prey to such victims and avoid sending the deposit or rent without meeting the landlord in person.
Avoid revealing any personal identity , and avoid any checks if offered. People should also check property listing over the website ,if it is correctly mentioned .

PLEASE BE VERY CAREFUL THEY ALL SAY THEY R STAYING IN AFRICA I RESEARCH LIKE 3 HOUSES AND ALL 3 HOUSES SAID THAT THEY WERE IN AFRICA AND THEY ARE CHRISTIANS.DONT FALL FOR IT
I must confess that I am very very new in this landlord business..However,My name is Joseph Milbury,I own the house located at (3732 Casheen Chino Hills, CA 91709). Due to my job as a missionary I spent less time in the States so I could not get a hold on any Realtor to handle this rent issue, although it was when I knew how long we are going to stay in Africa that I decided to rent out the house. However, the initial plan was to sale out the apt. which I tried, but sometimes the agents inflates the prize and it takes longer to sell i am telling you this incase if you find the house on another website, that is the old advert. because of this reason and more we need a responsible person that can take very good care of it as we are not after the money , but want it to be clean and for you to take it as if it were yours.
The rent is $1000 and 800 for Security Deposit
Pets : Dogs, Cats Allowed!!!

The $600 will be deducted from the Deposit and Please bear that in mind that you are dealing with a good family christain that stick to there word so you have nothing to be worry about cos definetly know you won’t regret sending the payment.
I want you to know that i have make an arrangement with the shipping company on how to ship the keys/documents of the house to your doorstep ASAP after your deposit fee have been confirmed right here,and they have registered the package for shipping with your name and address. But before the shipping can take place i have to give them their shipping fee… Well, i want you to get your mind relax and have (FAITH IN GOD ALMIGHTY) As i said. Because the BIBLE SAYS IN HEBREWS 11:1-2. Now faith is the substance of things hoped for,the evidence of things not seen. (2) For by it,the elders obtained a good report… So i want you to have it in your mind that you will be the elder that will obtained a good report from me,by shipping you the keys/documents of my house by FAITH. Like-wise what i believe, that i will also be the elder that will obtained a good report from you,by taking very good care of our house like your own okay…
