Default Credit Card # stolen

Looking for any advice at all. Recently on my bank statement I noticed a large charge (almost $500) from TMobile.com and I have never bought anything from T Mobile nor do I have an account. The cc used was my wife's bank debit visa which deducts money form our checking account.

I called my bank right away and they informed me there is nothing they can do because I am past the 90 limit from the transaction (I admit I am bad when it comes to going through bank statements to balance the checkbook) - I called T Mobile and they say there is nothing they can do other than search their records and they have no record of any purchases made using my our last name.

My wife never lost her card but someone has used the information on it to place an order online. T Mobil keeps telling me to contact my bank but I keep telling them my bank will do nothing since I am past the 90 day limit.

In the meantime I have put a fraud alert on both my name and my wife's and I have canceled her card.

What I am looking for ... is there any advice on how I can get the money back. I have notified the Federal Trace Commission and they filed a complaint for me and I have notified the credit bureaus to put the fraud alert in place on our credit standings but I would really like my $$$ back.

Any ideas?
