Default Way too much

A lot have people have lost a lot of money, and he keeps getting it. I emailed the host back and told them that by now they know that a site that is on there data servers are responsible for stealing money, which by leaving it their they take responsibility for the losses. I haven't heard a response yet. More sites are popping up, I'll continue to keep trying, I want my xbox. I'm not gonna get off his ass until I get it. Oh and I contacted the merchant carrier and they are not wanting to process any refunds. It's only a matter of time before he closes that out and starts a new account, then there is no chance to get it back. any body want to aid in the process let me know.

I paid the 34.99 to these guys. I thought it must be a scam after a couple of weeks. I'm seriously worried now about my card getting used by some asshole. Please please keep me informed of any action being taken against these douche bags. If my card gets charged for some shit I'll be totally fucked. My e-mail is theglud@yahoo.com . Please keep me informed

Default File a complaint

The next step to getting rid of this guy and his millions of scams is maybe file a complaint with the FTC. One is already filed but if they see the amount of money they are loosing out on they might be more inclined to investigate. So file with them about the website or any of his 80 some sites. They have a list of all of them. Goto ftccomplaintassistant.gov/ Maybe if they don't respond in a while I will post his address so people can go get their $35 back. If anyone knows the legal aspect of a move like that let me know, I don't wanna have the government go after me instead of the commy Better dead than Red. I'm pretty sure he'll read this if he had any know how he would see what people are saying about his site.

Default I want my money back

I just finished filing a complaint with the FTC and writing a detailed email to theplanet (dot) com. Hopefully this guy gets shut down some how. Is there anything we can do to get our money back, either from this guy (not likely) or from theplanet (dot) com?

Anyone who has sent these guys any credit card details needs to CANCEL them immediately!
Close the account and inform the supplier that it may be used fraudulently!
I am not an expert on credit cards but I believe that most credit card companies will refund the money in a dispute? so ask your supplier about this, you MAY get your money back! good luck.

You may like to ask the credit card companies why they are still allowing these crooks to be credit card merchant and accept credit cards? I am sure they are in breach of their merchant agreements!

Then demand this from the people whose responsibility it is! the credit card suppliers, the hosts for these websites, and the police. NOT US!! we are all volunteers who freely give of our time and in some cases own money to help!
We do NOT have the facilities nor the authority to do things that the people I mentioned have!
It would be nice for people to ASK in this case NOT demand!!

Default Volunteer is right

Thanx scammerslammer volunteer to an extent. I had to pay $35 to volunteer. And to the impatient on it takes time, and time we do not have. But don't fret he ain't going anywhere, he has a large mortgage on his house. But anyway. I have been emailing and calling class actions attorney to see what we could do. I think legally he promised a refurbished xbox 360 so I think we should sure for $200 each the value of a xbox 360 becaus he did fraudulently enter into a contract even though he thought we wouldn't find him. I am waiting for a response on any civil action that can be taken and any federal action that can be taking. If any want to help, please post the billing name that was on your account, so far i have found that he uses gaming-plugins.com and another gaming- site.

oh yeah try to get your money back through 1ShoppingCart.com that is the merchant account he is using. I tried his bank (the end-point) but I heard garbled Russian and a lot of angry no's. Damn commies (those Russians aren't going to live i down.) I wish I could put up all his info but until I get some kinda answer from our great and expediated government or legal advice I don't wanna risk it.
