Default Merchant Accounts Suck

I tried to get progress with 1shoppingcart.com but they refuse to help or stop the constant flood like flow of money. Because they are greedy and don't care about any one that does not have a green face. Well I just filed another report with .ic3.gov try filing there to get shit done. If that don't work is there anyone below the bible belt that wants to get my $35 and keep it. If I were in the south I would have beat his goofy little ass, prolly knock them coke bottle glasses off his face. He is an ugly fucker.

I'd post his picture but this site won't let me.

Default The Waiting Game

Yes, I have taken action. I am waiting for someone to get off there asses and do something. So far the FTC, IC3, FBI, and all companies connected to the sites have been notified and complete information has been given. I'd love to post the info, but I don't wanna mess anything up. Civil action may be the way to go. I have the evidence to link said sites to unsaid asshole, and have made tons of copies which are distributed throughout the world, but haven't heard back from the lawyer. I have contacted a few class action firms in hopes to get everyones money back, and it's a lot. As soon as I here more I'll post, but it's the governments move now.

Default Refurbished Sony PS 3

DAMN!! So I got scammed too? I just checked my cc statement and it did also said gaming-plugins.com that's when I tried this url and it lead me here. I called my cc company and they told me that they will put a hold on payment since I just bought it Monday (07/28/08). If I don't receive the item by August 4th, I can file a claim. I got this Refurbished site from my gmail account. I should have know that it's too good to be true for the amount.

I just came across this site and I can't believe it!! I guess I should have known better than to trust such a "good" deal. I purchased last week and I guess I can give up on receiving any product. That makes me sick that people would do that to others just seeking a deal in this economy. Ohh well I guess that universal truth still rings true....you get what you pay for!! I have learned my lesson. Are there any new attempts to get money back?

Default Detective

Hey Reputer, how are you finding out all this information about this guy? I was just wondering because I wanted to do some sleuthing myself so I know who's scamming me. Anyway, keep it up and keep us posted on the status of the class action suit. I would certainly like to get involved in that. Many thanks.

Default I guess i got scammed...

First, i would like to thank all of you for your time and efforts in helping to stop these scams. Last Wednesday night (7-30-08), i googled "playstation 3 deals". The FIRST site that came up was cheapestplaystation3.com. I saw "$34.99 for refurbished ps3". Out of curiosity, i clicked on the site, and was convinced to take a gamble with it. I now feel so stupid after reading all of your threads. I just wish i came here first before doing something that stupid. So i guess i got scammed?? Has anyone here actually gone through the whole process with these scammers? I saw that i was charged $34.99 on my credit card by GAMING-PLUGINS.COM. I guess i will now have to cancel my credit card that i have been earning so many points on. I got a confirmation email from these guys giving me a confirmation number too. I have checked the site and it says my order has been received by the order fulfillment department. So should i just not expect anything to happen, besides losing $34.99? Has anyone else had their credit cards charged more than this yet?? Is there a way to maybe get that $34.99 back? Im kinda freaking out. Whatever you all know, please let me know. If there is a class action lawsuit underway, please keep us all informed. This is the first time i have ever left a message on a site like this before. I would appreciate any pointers. Thank you all...
