08/23/06 Mailed PSP to be modeded

09/11/06 Email to support:
Hello, I mailed out my PSP on August 23, 2006, USPS insured, and I was
wondering on the status of my order? If everything has been recieved
and on schedule.

09/13/06 Response from "<info@xbox-modchips.com>":
"Yes our installer is working on it and it should be sent back to your
shortly.

We apologize for the delay, we have been rather swamped lately with
all the orders for psp premods and installs.

If you have anymore questions please contact us."

10/1/2006 - another email from support
"Re: Xbox-modchips.com Installation Order # 24834 Shipping instructions
mailed-by xbox-modchips.com
We are returning your PSP due to our installers lack of reliablity. We
apologize for this hassle, once we have confirmation this has shipped
back
we will be issuing you a credit."

11/26/2006 - Send another email
"The Date is now November 23rd , and I still have not recieved my PSP.
I am getting impatient as the PSP was mailed out Aug 23. You emailed
me in october saying the PSP would be returned. This is absolutely
unacceptable. I am very close to reporting my PSP as being stolen by
you. How many months does it take to return it if you are not going to
perform the services I paid for "

11/24/2006 - Response from Support

"We apologize for the delay we have received word from the installer
that was unreachable for the past month. He is shipping out all
systems back to their owners within the next week.

I am very sorry for this hassle. We will keep you up to date."

12/24/2006 - sent another email
"It's know been another month and no PSP.... Since It looks like you
are keeping my PSP, I would like a cash reimbursement for my system so
I can buy a new one.. this has been an absolutely unprofessional
experience on your part, you should be ashamed for such a poor quality
service.."

12/29/2006 - Another Email Sent
"This is absolutely unacceptable! I mailed my PSP to you August 23,
2006, USPS insured, to have a modchip installed. Since then I have
just got a run around. If you are not going to send my PSP back I want
a full refund to buy a new one. All I want is my PSP back.. I could
have installed the chip myself for all the trouble this has
been...Otherwise I will pursue legal action, and report the PSP as
being stolen. This experience has been horrible."

---> NO RESPONSE AS OF August, 13, 2008

I was tricked by waycheapxbox360s.com and found everything on that I have read on this site to be true. If you follow a previous message that says to change the invoice number the new invoice number still works. This is a total fraud and I hope we can get a class action lawsuit. I called my bank today (wells fargo) and got a refund of my money from their fraud protection department. I also cancelled my card. I dont want this guy to get anymore of my money once he runs out of new people to scam. I am going to file fraud reports with whatever organizations that I can and I suggest you all do the same. Hopefully we can find a way to get this jerk caught and put in prison. Thanks to all of you who did the appropriate research to help all of us idiots discover how foolish we are.

I consider myself an intelligent woman...And I did the same thing! When something sounds to good to be true, IT IS! as they say Caveat Emptor...LET THE BUYER BEWARE! I would like to find out if there is a class action suit against refurbishedxbox360s dot com Again I'm more intelligent than this, but my love for my handicapped son clogged my thinking. It looked so real...on the sites it had check status...where it reported, "waiting for Warehouse, next at customs...next day I checked, web site didn't recognize my sons name on order. next day site shut down! I feel like such an idiot and hurt for my son

Another one advertised through gmail. Don't fall for this crap either. If any of you feel inclined to contact the host of this site all the better.

Default modchip scam got me too

Wow I got scammed by both these jerks. I feel so stoopid... I'm sorry to hear about your psp man, that sucks. I ordered a DuoX modchip for my xbox from the same site and I guess that will never come. It just really breaks my balls that I got screwed by two gaming websites in as many tries. I thought that our gaming community was one that supported innovation in technology and creativity, but instead it seems to inspire greed in lowlifes who know they can take advantage of a vast audience of people. People just trying to have fun and not hurt anybody. I'm just really sad and disappointed with this whole mess. Are there any honest gaming websites out there?

Default refurbished xbox360

There is another identical site of theirs. When I could no longer check the status on refurbishedxbox360s dot com, I referred to the email and noticed the email was a different site. 35DollarXbox360 dot com is still up and running. Has anybody ever recieved an xbox or had their cards messed with? I ordered one a while ago and it is supposedly in transit on a ship.

Default Help stop this guy from advertising!

I originally saw his ad in my gmail inbox. He's using adwords to advertise with google, yahoo, etc. Everytime you see his ads, contact whoever supports it; I've found that no advertiser wants to be held liable for product they have nothing to do with and will be receptive. For example, I've contacted google already and they are pulling his account but it's an automated system; he can easily create a new account (just as he has with these websites) and keep advertising this scam. Be vigilant in regards to crap like this and don't just say "oh, this guy is a fraud. that sucks"...take action. It's all about due diligence on the part of the consumer.

Angry consoles4less.com,same as the rest

I am another one of the many who gave $34.99 away to these idiots. I hope they get caught!! I keep reading everyone say this is a Russian doing this, is this true? If there is a class action law suit, then count me in!! Where can I put in a complaint about this? Good luck on catching these guys.

Default In the same boat, but hate the trip

I too got scammed. I gave the company 8-10 business days before I did my research and found this forum. A lot of good info in here. Anyone doing a class action suit, I want to be part of it. Just let me know
