This company seems legal without any bad feedback for them at the moment.
But the contacting details and address don't match and this alerts me for the sender not the company. If you look company's site phone is similar but not the same, fax and address are totaly different. It is a very common practice scams to mimic or use links from a real company site to trick people. I should contact only with the company in their official site mentioned contacting details.
