Default Capital Management Services Message Most Likely a Scam

I received a Capital Management Services message from "Julia Smith" regarding a job. I replied to get more information about the job. The letter I got first was the same as the one you've mentioned receiving. I think this is a scam for a few reasons that I won't disclose here. But the most important thing about the messages is that they don't have complete contact information, as almost any reputable correspondence would. I'm simply expected to reply to the email message.

Cool

Thank you everyone for your responses. I appreciate your input. I received the application this morning, but I have not filled it out. Based on the information we have, I can only assume it's a scam. I have two questions now:
zaidaj88, Did you explain the situation to the person you spoke to at the real company? Did they have anything to say other than that this 'Julia Smith' has nothing to do with them?

And a general question; What do I/we do about it? Who do we go to in order to try and prevent this person from messing up an innocent person's financial life? Perhaps all information and emails should go to the real company? Maybe they can try to put a stop to it?
