All volunteer organizations we recruit for provide opportunities to learnskills for life and develop occupational competence.You could gain aninternationally recognised qualification and learn new skills to boostyour employability and comfidence.We are offering you two opportunities tochoose from: 1.Interest-free Micro Loans To Extremely Poor Communities:Based on thesuccess of the Grameen bank in rural Bangladesh,the objective of thisprogramme is to provide financial services to impoverished communities in12 countries to help them fund a dignified livelihood,excel in small andrural businesses,send their children to school and improve the standard ofliving of their communities in general.This programme also emphasizes onhousing for the poor and the education of the girl child.Volunteers willassist these communities secure loans without any collateral security byhelping them draft a comprehensive business plan.Furthermore,volunteerswill oversee the implementation and the repayment interest-free of theseloans.By being in contact in the fields on a daily basis with lenders inthese communities,volunteers will assist,monitor and report on the levelof their activities.This programme is being launched inKenya,Somalia,Ethiopia,Niger,Cyprus,Mexico,Brazi l,India,Peru,Egypt,Southafrica and Turkey. 2.Volunteer in Metcalfe,mississippi,identified by the U.S Legislature tobe one of the poorest areas of the nation.You can lend a hand to improvethe quality of life in this rural community while enjoying the best thedeep south has to offer.Of Metclfe's 1,092 residents,more than one-thirdlive below the national poverty level.The per income capital inMississippi remains the lowest in the U.S today.Educational attainmentrates are below the national average.In some communities in theMississippi delta,local water and sewer systems are inadequate,health careis inaccessible,there is insufficient capital to invest in local businessand development,and there are not enough local resources to developself-help programs.Yet,with a strong sense of community,Metcalfe hopes touse the strength of it's history to build it's future.As a volunteer,youwould assist the community with a variety of community-developmentprojects:these include painting and repairing local homes,cleaning up thetown park,painting new street signs and council buildings,putting upholiday decorations,and assisting with computer work at the townhall.Volunteers also have the opportunity to tutor and mentor preschooland elementary school children,assisting them with their homework andafternoon recreational programs. You can only choose one from the above list.Once you've decided where youwant to volunteer, email our international placaement office the followingrequirements(avosa-recruit@webmail.co.za) or by fax: 1.Copies of your passport,and your I.d book or card.2.Copies of all other relevant documents(certificates,affidavits,etc..)3.Send us your most recent colour photographs(passport-sized),threedifferent types would be great,so we can choose from.We will attach aphotograph to your file,your badge,and our website(www.avosa.co.za) whichis still under construction. As soon as you meet up with, and we are in receipt of the aformentionedrequirements,we will send you a letter of engagement(which you willsign,make copies and return to us for official purposes),a letter ofemployment,an affidavit of financial support to help you apply for a workpermit in your home country,and as soon as you get your work permit orvisa we will send you an electronic airticket. Remember you will not receive any hardcash from us,so you will have to payfor your travel insurance,visa fees,and all other charges in your homecountry.You will only be taken care of entirely when you reach yourdestination. Welcome to this forum.

Several weeks of intensive investigation have confirmed the organisation Avosa is fraudulent, with no real physical address or tangible existence anywhere in the world.

This is published a few weeks ago.
Stay away from them

Seems strange this post from omattar1 to ask opinion from this forum instead visit this organisation or the police station in the town both are located.
Therefore is banned as suspect scam even his IP was not in any scam database (now will be )
