Welcome to this forum.
Of cource this mail you received is 100% scam.
If you use "search" tool of this forum, you will find many similar scam mails, some of them may be from the same sender.
Read in main page an article "some useful advices" to see that you can not win from a non existing lottery, or without enter to a lottery.
