Furthermore, be informed that in compliance with the policies governing our Bank and that of our mother body,please do acknowledge our handling and transfer charges calculated to ₤1000.00 before the transfer process of your funds to your account can be initiated.

We required you to proceed with immediate payment of GBP1000.00 only thus the Forex Allocation Bond Charges/ Revalidation fee(handling and transfer charges ) prior to release of your funds within 72hrs of this notification as we are on the verge of concluding this quarter payment schedule thus, the need for urgent attention. This payment is to cover for premium stamp duties, administrative charges, insurance commissions,taxes and transfer charges.

Note that your winning fund, the sum of £1.000.000.00 which has been insured to the real value and as such there will be no deduction in what ever manner.

This is in line with the ministerial resolution executive board meeting in conjunction with the international payment code order.

It is 100% scam.
I make a bet that comes from a freemail like yahoo, hotmail or else.

There is an alert posted here about CITIBANK PLC that is a fraudlent site
