Unfortunately, these offers for employment are not valid. Please do not send any money or personal information. The person sending you the employment offer does not represent Hilton Hotels Corporation or any of Hilton affiliates.

If possible, please provide any information you have regarding the source of the job listing and how the contact was initiated. If you have retained the original email message(s), the “Senders” full message header information is needed to proceed with the investigation.

Yes, this is the best thing to do.
Always search your directory listing for the actual company and phone them about the offers before you proceed. Good luck.

Default Micheal Lloyd.

@ nickyalexan, I am sorry to hear that you lost money to these crooks, it is hard to stop them as there are many thousands of them, however there are a couple of good websites that are working hard to stop the scammers and help their victims , one of these is; Anti-Fraud International

If you wanted to have a look and maybe join, you can help us to stop some of these crooks.

They have a good mentor system, to help train members in the best and safest way to stop these crooks.
Another way is to post copies of emails the scammers use so that others can see they are scams , this is done very well on 419legal.

Default Hilton scam.

@nickyalexan, Thank you for your reply , If you get a chance please have a look at AFI, each anti-fraud website has different ways and methods of doing things.

419legal, does a great job of exposing the scammers and helping to educate the public, this saves many victims and is fantastic.

AFI operates in 14 different languages and trains people to stop the scammers, and also we try and help the victims where we can .

On both sites you can post copies of the emails if you like, so that the public can see them and hopefully not become a victim.

I can help you on both sites if you wish.

You are welcome on both sites.

At first I was hesitant but as the days passed it seems positive so I was hooked then started to follow the instructions....the lawyer as emailed was named CALVIN ROLLINS....so, i dealt with him for almost 3 months until he said I am now scheduled to appear at the Embassy here in our country. First he gave me a schedule but was changed as a travel agent had emailed me saying he handles the travel agency of Hilton and again ask for payment...me positive sent again the payment. I had been paying to certain CRISTIANE DOS SANTOS in Brazil as they say she is the coordinator incharge with my application. Until it wast just today, that almost a week i did not hear from them and I am now positive I AM A VICTIM OF THIS SCAM. I can't explain my feelings....I was so desperate and even search on the web the numbers of Hilton in New York despite that I am here in the Philippines then contacted but to no avail to reach those named persons that's why here I am making this email. I don't know now what to do. I am now so much in debted with those fees paid in GOOD FAITH but never entered into my mind that it will FALL TO THIS. My family will soon suffer as I am so much now indebted. Good if I am single but I have my family with two kids.....how can now I explain to them this. My very first time to be a victim with that of big money........I know we can't catch them now but I just hope the real HILTON MANAGEMENT will do about this as they are being used to victimized innocent people who was thinking and dreaming for a good opportunity but will just be a VICTIM of such scam. I appeal to the real HILTON MAnagement to look into this matter. I am just a fresh victim of this scam.......It's just one week from the last payment I made to them. it's really OH MY GOD but I can't do otherwise anymore. Please help me psychologically and emotionally this time. I need your prayers. Thanks!

YES it IS a scam. The job does NOT exist and he is a scammer.

He will be using many different email accounts and if one is closed down he will continue with another one.

You will see many scams of this type here:

"PENISULA HOTEL NEW YORK scam " - Google Search
