The callaway clubs that were advertised on this site were cheap, (should have been the first red flag). However I bought them, and started selling them on ebay which I did, until I got a phone call from one of the buyers, who said they are not real. Well, I returned his money, and stopped all of my sales on Ebay. I wrote to the vender on dhgate and he said he will only give me back little money, but I must pay shipping to send them back. This and the other clubs went into dispute. Now my question is why dosen't the dropshipper step in, and why dosen't paypal and dhgate themselves, get involved, they have to know what crap is being done on this site.
PS Never got my money back. Stay away from Dhgate.
I don't think DHgate would stay in business if they removed the scammers...they have many sellers which I'm sure DH knows they are not honest....they get their money anyway.

Also even if you do order from dhgate make sure that you send everything back with a tracking number but it will still not guarantee that they will pay you back
Use UPS for shipping....you get a tracking number...some of the shippers have no tracking number.

I was suckered in to this company...I forgot their name...something like "Internet surplus". Just stay away from western union only companies. Use a CREDIT CARD...never ATM with credit card logo. Or maybe Paypal. It's the only way to protect yourself.
Yes...use only Paypal....Never use Western Union.

Default dhgate- sellingc2c

While looking on the dhgate site i came across a company called sellingc2c.com has anyone heard of them? A friend of mine just ordered 3 cell phones off the dhgate site and he was given a tracking number but the phones were sent to another state and the package did not have his name on it. Now he is thinking of re-ordering the phones from the sellingc2c.com site. No matter what time of day he gets on the site to ask a question he always talks to a (supposedly) lady named Ms. Mary. Any help will be appreciated.

Smile Learned My Lesson

I learned my lesson with dealing with DHGate, Luckily I am only out $91.20 USD. Here is my story: I wanted to try to make some extra money on EBay so I was looking for a wholesaler. I came across DHGate and thought WOW 50 PedEggs for only $91.20!!! So I registered and placed my order. Everything seemed to go smoothly so I looked up some other items. I found Smooooth Legs, knock off of Smooth Away, they were pretty cheap also so I ordered them. Everything went smoothly, I paid they shipped so it all seemed OK! Well I got the PedEggs and they looked like the real deal but they were in boxes that didn't even say PedEgg (even though that's what the picture was when I ordered them) and they were missing one of the emery pads. I immediately contacted the seller, they replied that they were selling copies!!! I wanted to return them but was told I would have to cover the return shipping which would be more than half of what I paid for them and after reading some of these posts that they claim they never received the items back I am glad I didn't because then I would be out more money for the shipping charges. I escalated to DHGate and they were no help, they wanted to refund me $15.00!!! I asked for at least $40.00 they said no and gave me the address to return the items. I tried to escalate with PayPal but they said they do not get involved with quality. So I am basically stuck with these pieces of crap and lost the money. But I have learned my lesson and thankfully I didn't lose too much money on it. I should have known better, if it sounds too good to be true than it is!!!!!

I did receive the Smooooth Legs and they were exactly as described. I still won't order from DHGate again though.

Angry Anyone ever been helped by PayPal?

DHGate!!! I'm in it up to my elbows. I dealt with 3 different sellers. Adolph, Coral and Bryant. I, like everyone else, thought I would make a few bucks selling on eBay (I just lost my job). My husband wanted to buy a HTC Touch HD T8282 cellphone which retails over $700. I found it for $240. HTC is sort of a clone for the iPhone. I figured, they won't make a clone of a clone. Well, guess what, they sent us a Dopod 810Pro instead. Before getting the package, this seller looked honest (and I knew DHGate's reputation), when he sold clones, it was in the description, even in the title so, without waiting for my package to arrive, I started to list a ton of phones on eBay and boy, did I sell. I sold over 50 phones in 2 days (using them as dropshippers)!!! Made over $6000, I thought. Then PayPal limited my account because they know DHGate and knew that I was being scammed. It's a good thing they did because I would have sold another 50 probably. This morning, I received the fake HTC Touch phone and I'm just freaking out. I cancelled all the orders I'd put to DHGate. Called PayPal but I don't know, they don't seem to be able to do anything about this company... aren't they supposed to protect us (from ourselves)? I filed 44 disputes against DHGate on PayPal. Refunded as many buyers as I could (until I ran out of money). And now, I'm trying to get my money back, which is in the thousands $$$. One of the sellers (Coral) called me a scammer because he said that my goal was to get the phones for free by getting a refund (all this translated with an online translator in really bad English). On top of that, the phones aren't even shipped (but they say they are). I ordered on the 16th and 17th of March! I even used a translator to write in Chinese and sent pictures of the phone I received. I mean, any morron could see that this was definitely not the phone I ordered!!! I'm not letting go. I'll flood them with emails, call Paypal every day if need be but I will fight to the death, I swear. One of the sellers told me that there seems to be one big company behing DHGate and just a lot of sellers. The stuff comes from the same place and if you've noticed, all packed with bubblewrap and a ton of yellow tape whomever you buy it from. If anyone cares to make a donation I would be glad to accept any amount you can give, just call "The Moron Idiots Gullable Naive Chump Dope Cretin Dimwit Dumbell Fool Imbecile Jerk Foundation" at 555-1234.

Default dhlgate and ebay

If dhgate is a scam is there any sites where you can buy genuine ipod nanos from ?also ebay has its own scams that they alow to continue like when i trie to sell a phone and told the buyer i wouldnt send abroad but the sent an email supposedly from ebay saying they had paid for the item i sent this to ebay and they verified it was fake but still charged me for the pleasure of using their site countless emails followed but i still had to pay the fees. also ther is a scam called shill bidding wher someone has a two acounts to pump up the price of their item in the hope someone buys it before they end up selling it to themselves but ebay does nothing and last if someone wants your item but doesnt want to pay you price the have a friend who overbids at the last minute so the end up with with the winning bid they ignore requests for payment so because you have already been charged for listing you offer it to the next higest bidder which is not the price you want but the price the wanted to pay . all thes scams are highlighted as if ebay cares but there is no phone number to contact them and they keep the fees if anything goes wrong
