Angry dhgate

I joined with dropshipper company, one of their sites directed me to dhgate.
I was thrilled with the cheap prices on this site. However and here it comes,
The callaway clubs that were advertised on this site were cheap, (should have been the first red flag). However I bought them, and started selling them on ebay which I did, until I got a phone call from one of the buyers, who said they are not real. Well, I returned his money, and stopped all of my sales on Ebay. I wrote to the vender on dhgate and he said he will only give me back little money, but I must pay shipping to send them back. This and the other clubs went into dispute. Now my question is why dosen't the dropshipper step in, and why dosen't paypal and dhgate themselves, get involved, they have to know what crap is being done on this site.
PS Never got my money back. Stay away from Dhgate.

Default In Response To Is Dhgate Official?

Hello,

In response to is Dhgate Official? Let me just say I have placed several orders from Dhgate over the last several months. So far the items I have received are not AUTHENTIC as claimed. Even though each time I have confirmed with the seller THAT THEY WERE prior to ordering. I now have plenty of counterfeit products for which I CANNOT sell! I do not appreciate the fact that I have wasted good money and have been lied to by these sellers.

My question is this, how do you go about getting authentic items and not copies on Dhgate? Note: I did not purchase cheap products. Also when you bring the problem to the sellers attention what do you do when they refuse to respond and/or work with you to resolve the issue? I have tried contacting customer service without success. Bottom line is sellers on this site NEED to ACCURATELY DESCRIBE THEIR PRODUCTS. Otherwise it gives Dhgate a bad name and it appears to be a place just to get SCAMMED.

Bottom line is that buyers have to use common sence with such scams and search carefully about any seller they are going to contact before they do.

if the supplier had said they were real, and they sold you fakes. you can mention that to dhgate's customers enqiury, they shoud step in! I bought a few products from a supplier that used dhgate and the products never came, so I told dhgate and they paid back my money an about 1wk......... (dhgate paid me)
