Default wholesaleclearing.com

Is this site legit? I placed an order and have been unable to contact anyone and have heard nothing from them about my order.

Cool

When did you placed the order? Have you send any money? At the moment nothing found about this site. But it is strange that there is not any address or phone mentioned in their site even to "contact us" page.

Even you do not give details, any payment through banking system can be traced. If you have send money through Western Union or similar company I am afraid that you may loose them if the company is fraud.
You also do not mention how long time passed since you ordered.

I sent them money through MoneyBookers, however they will not reverse the payment and I am still waiting to see whether or not they will release any information to me about them. I have asked for a mailing address or phone number. It has been about 10 days since I placed my order and paid.

Exclamation They are burning quite a few people.

I too have sent them money using Alertpay (And what a joke they are! They did not reply back to me yet in weeks either). Anyhow, the company domain registration is complete crap. I spoke with the chief of police for the town they are supposedly in, and they have never heard of them or this David Brant.

Please, tell me if you hear anything... Time to file complaints with the FTC and the BBB...

Post Please contact the FTC if you were scammed.

Thank you for your recent letter concerning your complaint.

The Federal Trade Commission's Mail or Telephone Order Rule covers goods you order by mail, telephone, computer, and fax machine. By law, a company should ship your order within the time stated in its ads. If no time is promised, the company should ship your order within 30 days after receiving it. If the company is unable to ship on time, the company must give you the choice of agreeing to the delay or canceling your order and receiving a prompt refund.

Information from your letter has been added to our computerized reporting systems, which is used by the staff to determine actions that will benefit all consumers. As a federal regulatory agency, our role is to identify those companies that consistently violate consumers' rights and then correct those violations through appropriate law enforcement action. Meanwhile, the Attorney General's office in the state where the company is located may be able to assist you.

We appreciate your interest in writing to us.

Sincerely yours,

Consumer Response Center
