Go to their Privacy Policy page above- they don't even hide the fact that they are collecting our info to sell to Third Parties! I sent an email to unsubscribe [at] greatamericanphoto-contest [dot] com- hopefully that will remove me from their lists. It seems like this dude shares your information with tons of different types of businesses- as I receive tons of various promotions - all saying that it's " a message from the Great American Photo Contest." I said I'll file a complaint with the BBB if they don't take me off the list. We'll see what happens. I suggest you all do the same! I have my son entered into this contest and do not think it is a scam as of yet. I have not received any telemarketing phone calls or anything. You do not have to complete any of the promo ads and it even stated that this was not required. I just kept hitting the skip and pass buttons and had no problem with it. The information that they request as far as address, telephone number etc.. is simply because they need to be able to contact the winner and have an address to send the check to the winner.
