Angry Tradetang Scam

I did get a message back from Tradetang seller Guitar888 who indicated that he sent me a beautiful guitar and would refund me $35.00 out of $397. I will need to wait 10 day
before I can esculate my despute if no agreement is made between seller and buyer.
At this time Tradetang should still have the money in escrow. More to come on this story.

Thumbs down Tradetang is a scam!!!!

I have past day 5 of the despute......I can now "Escualate" the despute. Seller Guitar888 refuses to refund my $397.00...seller wants to give me $35.00 back. The process has been slow....I am waiting to communicate with Tradetang's Service department. Sellers sent mesage indicating he will not except package back. I also contacted PayPal who says they have no aggrement with TradeTang like Ebay does thus no help from them. Update to come soon. I am in the 10 day Esculated Despute zone..

Default Tradetang Scam

I am in the Esculated Despute process at this time: I provided pic's off the sellers AD and sent pic's of the guitar I received. Trade tang service agreed. The seller indicated that he would not except the returned package. Lets see what happens from this point. so far Tradetang Service has been in communications with me. Update soon........

Thumbs down TradeTang Despute Process

I have been in comunications with TradeTang Service Department....Seller only wants to refund $50.00 back out of $397.00. Seller thinks he has a good product and is trying to sell a copy as a real Gibson guitar. Poor quality copy is what it is and not worth $30.00.
No solution yet.....the Service department keeps sending message indicating it would cost to much for me to return.....Found out that the sellers address is not correct...so
if I would of sent it back with the address on the label it would of not made it to seller.

I am sure they know what the are doing as far as Scaming is concerned. So I am still
requesting full refund and no return address as been provided yet.

Default Tradetang is a SCAM

YES, they are bad news.

I am still in the Despute Process with Tradetang.....on resolution yet. The seller Guitar888
wants to give me back $50....out of $397.00. He says he will not accept the package.
It also turns out that the adress they use on the EMS sheet is not a return address.

More to come......

Exclamation TradeTang did right by me..

Sorry to hear of your woes 4on6jazz ... some people just arent scrupulous!

I have dealt with TradeTang on three occasions, The first, I paid $55 for a knock off purse, and it never got sent after like a month, so I contacted TradeTang, and within a few days, the money was returned.

What I learned, is that each seller has a rating, and its important to look at the sellers rating and the feedback. Some of the feedback seems "fake" but if you see some that buyers have issue, and the seller replies and does the right thing, things like that, is good to look for.

So my second purchase was a similar purse from a different seller, and the purse was gorgeous for the price. I Have the real deal in the same purse, and I can see the differences in the quality and other things, but I expected this. I paid close to $1000 for the real purse, and the knock off was $45 and definitely worth the money, to the average person unaware, they cannot tell the purse is a replica.

I was so excited, I purchased another purse that I wanted from a different buyer with a good rating and feedback (my original seller didnt have that style). I received it very quickly ( both came fast) however, the quality on the second bag wasnt like the first, and the print was sideways! I contacted the seller, and they actually refunded my money when I sent the purse back ( did have to go through the dispute process, its just the way it works there for your protection and the sellers. As long as you dont click the button that says "release the funds to seller" you WILL get your money back) and sent me a free wallet that was very well made.

I think with anything there is good and bad, it takes a bit of time and looking around though, to find a reputable person, and start with something that dosent cost a great deal of money and then start a relationship with the seller and you will get further. Usually when something (like a beautful Gibson for very cheap) is too good to be true, it usually is. But if you know what your getting in advance and know the seller, you will have much better luck. So to whomever is reading this, hold onto your excitement and research before you quickly click that buy now button and take your time and do your homework!

Thumbs down TradeTang Scam

WARNING

After a month or more of TradeTang Service and the Despute Process I did get a mailing address finally but found that sending the guitar back would of cost $420.00 and the service department wanted me to send back and than give me a refund $397.00. $397.00+$420=$817.00 investment! They offered me only $75.00. Not much of negotations with seller Guitar888 at all. The bottom line is that TradeTang.com does know that this sellers are using Ebay pics of items they do not have in stock and seller sends poor copies of the items. My opinion of TradTang is not Good. Warning to all. They are a communist country.

Default tradetang is a scam

Tradetang is a scam, I ordered 2 watches at $180 and the days went by and I kept trying to track my package with no luck.

I sent emails and messages to tradetang and the response was that the riots in china may be causing the problems and when I asked how the riots would stop me from tracking a package they stopped talking with me and erased my order information from their site.

I told them I was filing a claim with paypal and nothing back from them and my order information is erased without a trace and they refuse to get back with me.

Their site says they hold the customers money in escrow until the merchandise is delivered successfully so that vendors can't scam our money. They told me right before their last communication with me that I had to contact the vendor and I have no idea who that is since I used tradetang.

I guess this is a cheap lesson compared to what some people lose on scams but anyone that uses tradetang.com is asking for trouble.

Thumbs down TradeTang Esculated Despute Process Sucks

I was told by TradeThan Service that since I did not want to return the Guitar which
would of cost me $420.00 to return at 23 pounds they closed my despute. No chance
of them making a deal with the buyer. I paid $397.00 for a poor copy not what was shown. Warning
