Default Chinese embassy .

@pepesilves. In your case this would be where to complain to.

Yes the communist party is sensitive to international pressure and opinion.

To maintain the illusion they need the acceptance of the international communities .
IF they feel that this is being jeopardized they will act .

Default TradeTang.

@pepesilves. This is very good news indeed . It is a shame that companies have to receive some bad publicity before they will do the right thing by their customers .

The power of the internet can be used to remind companies to assist their customers, so I am happy that you got a refund.

Thumbs down its a scam, buyer beware

I was scammed on iOffer so I should have known better, however I was recently scammed again by the hi-phone store through trade tang. Its funny because I knew the item was a copy but I wanted it anyway. Unfortunately Trade Tang shipped it to the wrong (non existent) address. I informed the seller and it was supposed to be intercepted. Of course it wasn't. And as with everyone else, I had perfect communication with the seller until the problem. Now I get no responses form the seller nor Trade Tang. I can't even contact Trade Tang because the email address, and phone number is invalid. I just got routed around in circles when I tried to file a dispute which I am never able to actually complete. I have no recourse and they took my money. People like me are being taken everyday by this group.

Beware!

Default Everything Turns out Just Fine

I bought a pair of sports shoes on TradeTang several months ago, and I've been wearing it since. A huge sports fun like me always wear it to play basketball, and now it's still in good condition. The quality is absolutely trustworthy. And I also ordered many other stuff, like watch, cellphone and jacket, etc, all at a very low price and all went very smoothly.
