Unhappy I have been scammed by modabelle.com

I found the website Designer Handbags, Discount Designer Handbags, Gucci Handbags, Prada Handbags at ModaBelle.com selling brand handbags. After several contacts with the site (the person's name is John) through email and telephones, I have made two seperate wired transfer payment to International Commerce (the merchant account), the bank detail as followed: PNC Bank Routing No. 054000030 Account No. 5306049686 from my friend\\\'s personal account Zhu Ben Xiang(7527.60USD) and my agent\\\'s company account Beijing Zhong Lian Hai Import & Export Co., Ltd(5748.40USD). So the total is 13276USD. The date of wired transfer was on 11th Augest 2008. the invoice no. is #100 and the merchandise I have tired to purchase was GUCCI hand bags. However, After I have made transfer to the merchant, I have waited for about amost 4 months and I have received nothing from the merchant. I have tired to call them and e-mail but they seemed not to answer me or explain what happened and refused to give me what I paid for. I have reported the website to MARS, but there are still no any reply or contact from the site. I am so helpless and dont know how I can get the money back. I want to find the merchant and get my money back. Who can help me find him and get my refund?

Default just purchased from modabelle.com (feb. 2009)

Hi,
I ordered from modabelle.com on 12-30-08 and it finally arrived on 2-2-09. Mid Janurary, I emailed the company and they said they were getting a shipment in from Milan and it will come directly to me for no extra charge. (well no joke, i already paid shipping) so that was my first concern. Then yesterday when I finally got it, i realized that it is not a real Gucci purse. I know purses, and it's not a gucci. It's a very good knock off however, but not worth $450. On the website, it says that they have a 100% money back return policy. We will see how that goes.. i am about to email them to say i would like to return it.
