Default Selling a textbook... suspicious buyer

I have a textbook I'm trying to sell on Facebook's Marketplace... This guy who messaged me about it seems kinda suspicious. Any thoughts?

1) I bought it in February, 2007 (I enrolled in the class a few weeks late).
2) I bought it new.
3) I finished the class and haven't looked at database theory in a few months, so I figure I might as well get some money out of it.
4) It's in very good condition. I only used it for homework.
5) I updated the listing: http://photos-a.ak.facebook.com/phot...67408_2828.jpg
6) $50 + whatever shipping method you decide.

Hello
I really appreciate your prompt response to my questions. I'm seem to be satisfied with the price and condition of the item.
I'm located in United Kingdom, as for the shipment, I'll take care of that. I have a friend who can arrange a carrier. So I guess shipping shouldnt be a problem.
I'll like to raise a check/money order with cashier check for the payment of the item and I dont know if you accept any of these as a mode of payment. If you do, forward me the name and address you'll like the payment to be sent out to.
Also get back to me with the actual location of the item as I do hope to take care of the pick-up. Thanks very much.

Notice...Pls reply to this email address below...(415) 599-4629, ask for junioh. and get back to me with ur email address to contact u immediately.. Hope to hear from you soon.

Thanks......

sounds like a scam to me -the different methods of payment will probably leave yiu with a phony check while someone walks away with your textbook!
