There are a number of complaints on 419legal about TVboxset.com. A junior member posted a Reply that includes a website with a home-page devoted exclusively to exposing credit card fraud.
Epinions.com - Posts in LIST OF WEBSITES OPERATED BY THESE CRIMINALS: lists 21 different domains. According to them, when complaints pile up, these criminals close their website and open another one under a new name. A section mid-way down the page titled "Fraud Detection" gives pointers on how to avoid credit card fraud. Further down, epinions.com explains the fraud scheme. In addition, they warn that these people sell bad discs, ship incomplete series (missing episodes) or they don't send anything at all. Their most recent domain is DVDcollections.tv. The Federal Trade Commission would be interested in hearing about their bad business tactics. Go to Federal Trade Commission - Home to file a complaint, if you are a US citizen. In the upper right corner is a "Consumer Complaint" link that takes you to their on-line report form.
