This is to inform you that we have received a telex message from the United Kingdom Lottery Organisation, confirming that your lottery-winning fund is cleared for payment, and all necessary documents relating to the release of the lottery fund that you won as been forwarded to our Company by the Lottery Verification Panel.

We will like you to furnish us with the following document, so that we can be sure that we have the same details, as those of the one we receive from the LVP below are the document required;

Copy of your International Passport/Driver’s Licence.
Lottery Winning Reference Number.
Your Banking Account Details(optional) where you want us to remit your Claims.
The amount won.

Once we receive the above details we will then forward your payment file to the paying bank (BARCLAYS BANK PLC) here in the United Kingdom.

Looking forward to hear from you soon, and if feel free to contact me on direct number + 44 7872965176, if you need more information about the transaction.

Thanks

Default fraudulant

I get letters like these everyday. This is the typical letter the scammers send to not only get your personal info, but if you contact them they will charge you a fee to get your "winnings". If you are not familiar with these types of scams, check at the top of the forum where it says "how nigerian scams work". It is very informative and could save you from not only getting scammed and losing money, but save you from years of heartache.
