Home Collection Business -- Legit?

I just received an email from Cheapfabrics of Windsor UK, saying that the firm sells in the USA, and buyers would give me certified checks and money orders. I would deposit them in my personal checking account, and then forward 90% to the firm, keeping 10% for my work.

Is this legit?
