A package Containing "blank" Pre-Paid by Sender
I got an E-Mail today saying that there is a A package containing a Pulling Exercise Machine
is ready to be delivered to you by FedEx or USPS. Qty (1): Pulling Exercise Machine - As seen on TV Features: Strengthens the arm, stomach & chest muscles as well as the tones the legs and hips. now they addressed my Mom's name, and I just made a couple purchases the other day for christmas gifts with her credit card. They have my full address, phone number, and her name. Then on the bottom there is a link to confirm the address and accept delivery. When i go to the page it brings me to ::::: Pay Now Online ::::: and says thatContents are FREE to you - NO COST! You are only paying for FedEx or Priority delivery. and it's $20.00 There is 6 methods of payment to choose from on the bottom including paypal. Also, on the bottom of the e-mail it says If you do not respond, ownership of the gift will be returned to the sender. Express Delivery Center 8721 Santa Monica Blvd Los Angeles, CA 90069 Is this a scam or what?? They must have got all my information from one of the sites i purchased at, because i used my e-mail but her card. Now, i'm pissed off that they have my information. It looks like a scam to me. Has anyone received anything like this before?

I didn't think the sites were unsafe sites. They are both pretty well known. I mean the one is Eastbay and the other is Shoebuy, and Hammer Schlemmer. I guess one wasn't secure enough. Oh well, they aren't getting my money or credit card information. If they had it already they wouldn't be asking for me to pay shipping anyways.

Also getting these scam emails
Hi,
I'm also getting these scam emails, except mine says that there is a camera and other equipment ready to be mailed to me. What do I do about these? Just report them as spam to AOL?
