How do I find out if this is a ligit bank or not?
My husband and I do have a good credit history as we have just completed a chapter 13 bankruptcy and so we are also on chex systems. There is a company that advertised that they are a second chance bank and that they help people to get back on their feet and get them a checking account and blah blah blah. How do I go about finding out if this bank is ligit? They go by Twin Oaks Financial. Thank you for any help at all.
