By the way i recieved the EXACT SAME EMAIL AS ABOVE- the doctor from Leeds moving to Athens. Unbelivable. Surely if these people are clever they should notice that people are finding out they are sending the same emails to people.
I know there must be a way we can stop these people and i think my idea could actually work.

Cant Believe How People Can Do This
Hi Guys,
I also to nearly lost £4000, I was due to buy a car from Martin Vitano, which was on PistonHeads, using a shipping company called EDC. He told me that he had been working in uk for 2 years and taken the car back to Italy, the e-mails he set me were word for word the same as most of you guys received. It was lucky for me that when I went to transfer the money using western union, my local agent had no forms left so I was due to go back today, but thought it was to good to be true, then I found this website this morning and couldn't believe how much the same people seem to be getting away with. Did anyone report this for fraud? if so who to? I feel sick knowing that I nearly lost my money which I had saved really hard for....

I've just received another e-mail form this MARTIN VITANO, I sent him an e-mail saying that I was unsure about using the shipping company EDC, he's just replied saying that they are a reputible company and that he's used them before. Any ideas as to what my next action should be? something really needs to be done about this CON ARTIST.....

You area right to think it's a scam - it is! Been caught once before by money processing on Western Union which gladly was stopped by my credit card company and fully re-imbursed. Have been looking at a car in Spain which seemed too good to be true and guess what? Yes, exactly the same wording and criteria as your example. It's usually some African comapny that scams the mony and disappears and if they get away with it, the use the money to buy arms, etc. to kill each other. Steer clear.

right now on a Belgian site "autozone.be"
was mailing the guy who was selling this,.... until i googled the standard text he added:
