ATTN: Betty ,

Compliments of the day to you.I have contacted the Director of the UK National Lottery Advisory Board and The Internal Revenue Board and we have received the approval to send your prize money via a wire transfer from our official prize issuing bank (INCOM BANK GROUP PLC ) in accordance with your request.

We have contacted the bank officials and have made all necessary arrangements on your behalf.Your winning certified check had been deposited with the payment bank protected with a HARD COVER INSURANCE POLICY making it impossible for anyone to deduct from it until the funds gets into your private account in your country.

To complete the transfer, you are required to setup a temporal debit account with the bank. This account will be solely for the purpose of the transfer. Immediately the account is setup, your funds will be deposited into the temporal debit account from which you can then transfer your money to any bank account of your choice.

Contact the Head of the foreign transfer unit of the bank now via the email address below so that your temporal debit account can be setup in due time.

Do not hesitate to contact this office via email or telephone after your funds have been successfully transferred into your private account for our documentation and future reference purpose.
