Default Youth Conference on HIV/AIDS Prevention and the elimination of Child Labor

I have received an email inviting a group of 10 people to the conference on child labour and HIV/AIDs. We accepted the invitation but things were quite weird, with a very strange web page and no proper information. So, after asking some colleges about references, we realize that they are fraud. They are asking us details about our passport and fingerprints. For the moment they keep telling us that they are paying everything and they will send us the tickets by email. I suppose that later they will ask us some money or try to use the details of our passports. We haven't sent the applicaiton forms with the fingerprints and so on they asked So, we wonder how we can denounce them. I will go in Monday to the Spanish police with hard copies of the emails. Can we do something else?

thanks

Almost 60 years have passed since the international community agreed upon the noble principles in the Universal Declaration yet, for more than 80 millionchildren around the world, the right to education exists only in principle not in reality. If we believe children should have atleast a basic education, we must commit to the goal of eradicating all forms of child labour. The Youth Conference on HIV/AIDS

Inorder to have a real impact, the Conference should not only promote greater awareness concerning the scourge of HIV/AIDS but also lead to decisive action at the International level inorder to help those who suffer on a daily basis from HIV/AIDS and Child Abuse/Labor.Concerted efforts and contributions by Individuals,Governments,Inter-Governmental Organizations, Non-Governmental Organizations(NGO,s) and the various International bodies and specialized agencies will be necessary to accomplish the objectives of the Conferences, and to provide long-lasting solutions. It will also afford participants to meet the donor communities, strike affiliations and partnerships and explore better ways of sourcing funds for their various activities among others. We
welcome delegations,Inter-Governmental and Non-Governmental Organizations (NGO,s) to the Youth Conference on HIV/AIDS and Child Labor. This is the start of the formal phase of the Conference process, although a number of useful informal meetings have already taken place in different parts of the world.
