Default Firstplus Financial Group plc

This company is owned by Barclays. It used to provide 125% LTV loans to people secured against their properties. It stopped lending in August 2008. It has never done unsecured lending and doesn't do any lending now. It just rips off its exiositng customers now with extortionate interest rates. If your friend is in financial difficulties anyway the solution is not to borrow it is to negotiate with their creditors.

So it's probably a scam. Look at the wording anyway. Who in UK calls it real estate. That's an American term

Default loan scam

@Explore84 it is a scam look at this -[QUOTELOAN OFFER AT A VERY LOW INTEREST RATE
OF 0.5%?
][/quote]

A finance company is in business to MAKE money , all they have to do is to walk into ANY bank or finance house and they can get a LOT more interest than this, so their statement does NOT make any sense unless they were scamming.
