A Jerk Rich Scam?
The Rich Jerk is a character that stands in for the author of a popular E-Book that promises to illuminate the techniques of a self-made internet millionaire. Critics consider it an internet scam.
It isn’t a scam, but it isn’t a fool-proof money-making machine either. It’s simply another book with information an moderately experienced webmaster could use to, maybe, increase his cash-flow. The techniques detail in the $47 page book include, things like information about affiliate marketing and search engine optimizing tactics. One of the techniques discussed, for example, is how to create a traffic middleman network of websites to generate profits with Google Ad sense based on buying cheap pay per click traffic from smaller PPC search engines and then reselling them for a higher mark up through Google Adsense ads, so that every time someone clicks on one of the Adsense ads one makes money.
No it’s not a scam. But the information the Rich Jerk provides is freely available to anyone with the time and gumption to do a little independent research. |
